I joined FIDES in 2004 after working as a German Tax Advisor at an international law firm and have been a partner since 2009.

I qualified as a professor in 2008 and was appointed Professor of Corporate Taxation and Tax Planning at the University of Bremen. My main areas of expertise are national and international tax law, transaction-related tax law and restructuring.
